NATIONAL BRAND ACTIVATION MANAGER
BANGKOK - REGIONAL MARKETING
UP TO 75K/MONTH
The National Brand Activation Manager (PC) will report to the Strategic Business Unit Manager and assume a new role for creating and executing strategic operational plan that is focused on optimizing sustainable business growth while maximizing the return on operational quality of a vast Personal Consultant (PC) business in Thailand, which will involve giving and seeking advice, monitoring and controlling operational performance by comparing actual results and budgets and providing management information and reports in a timely and accurate manner. The successful candidate will prepare annual budgets, monitor and advise on in-store performance (BKK + Up- Country), handle overall management and help in the selection and implementation training and headcount solutions to achieve outstanding business performance of a very large brand activation project for a very large multinational consumer good brand.
The National Brand Activation Manager will be qualified to degree level in a related subject and have at least 5+ years proven work experience and preferably a background in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods, or marketing services in a business to business enviornment. The successful candidate will have good English communication skills, be an outstanding operational analyst and enjoy understanding and improving our client’s operational systems to ensure a continued making process. The successful candidate should be able to effectively work with people from all levels, and ensure operational solutions to improve performance linked to client’s specifications are maintained to or exceeded at all times.
