The Production Manager will be based at our client state of the art manufacturing facility in Samut Sakhorn and report to the General Manager and oversee all manufacturing operations to set targets and governmental regulations. This will involve managing production deliveries, implementing improvement strategies that improve production efficiency and quality levels while maintaining the highest reliability and safety standards. Additionally the Production Manager will oversee operational schedules that utilize resources to optimized levels in addition to managing the supply chain personnel and processes to ensure purchasing and deliveries are maintained to strict levels to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

The Production Manager will be qualified to degree level in chemical engineering subject and have at least 3 years working experience gained in an international paint/coating company overseeing production. Additionally the sought after candidate will have a strong background in ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 international standards in addition to having an excellent safety record. The Production Manager will be a hands on and multi tasked minded engineer who can manage operations and support various departments and personnel which not only ensures daily production requirements, but also with a strong focus on improvement development and employee retention. The Production Manager must also have good English communication abilities and be able work in a fast growing yet continually changing organization.
