In managed services, each project is tailored to the exact needs of the client and each client is assigned a dedicated account manager who acts as a single point of contact. The account managers will manage a team of candidate resources, each equipped with the relevant technical expertise.

At Smart Search we recognize that the majority of our work on a retained recruitment assignment is carried out before a client interviews a candidate. To demonstrate confidence in our levels of service we offer a competitive fee structure where we balance the risk on our company and offer free replacement for up to 120 days.
