The Senior Business Consultant will report to the Consulting Director and work as part of a team on a variety of projects dealing with finance transformation, Merger and Acquisition, Risk Management, process improvement and performance management. The successful candidate will continually demonstrate a high standard of professional behavior in dealings with clients, colleagues and staff, possess good inter-personal skills, especially in handling contacts of all types and at all levels. He/She must carry out assignments, alone or as part of a team, applying knowledge, skills, and experience, demonstrates an understanding of the issues of interest to the client organization and proposes viable solutions within the scope of own expertise, taking into account the needs of those affected, plan and organize own work accurately and undertake assignments in a systematic manner.

The Senior Business Consultant will be qualified to degree level in a related subject and possess at least 4 years of working experience gained wither regulations that concentrate within the financial services sector such as Basel II and ALM.  The successful candidate will also need to have an excellent commercial mind, strong analytical skills and project management skills.  The Senior Business Consultant must also have a dynamic hands-on management style, have good English communication skills and have excellent presentation skills.
