Following the introduction of staff by Smart Search (a subsidiary of Campanella and Associates Co., Ltd.) to the client, a fee will only be payable if an applicant introduced by Smart Search has taken up employment with the client.
Payment is due within 14 days of the candidate commencing employment. In the event that the client employs a candidate previously introduced by Smart Search within 12 calendar months from first introduction to the client, the fee shall be due in full.
2. Fees
Smart Search fees are as follows:

| Up to 300,000 / THB | 14% |
| 300,001/THB to 800,000 / THB | 17% |
| Over 800,000 / THB | 20% |
*Salary shall be deemed to include any fringe benefits (e.g. bonus, petrol allowance and commission ). If the company provides a car, the benefit to the individual will be assessed at 30,000/THB per month. The minimum fee per person is 13,000/THB.
3. Guarantee
Should an applicant leave for whatever reason within a four month period from the commencement date, Smart Search will replace the applicant free of charge (one time only), on the condition that Smart Search’s invoice is settled by the due date.
4. Confidentiality
All information in respect of a candidate is confidential information provided to the client for the sole purpose of enabling the client to determine the suitability of a candidate for employment. The client will keep such information confidential and will not use it for any other purpose.
5. Reference Checking and Suitability
The Business will work to ensure that candidates introduced are, appropriate given the assignment brief provided by the client. However, the Business will not be liable for any untrue statements or misrepresentations made by the candidate or for the accuracy or completeness of information provided by a candidate or a third party. The client is responsible for satisfying itself as to the suitability of the candidate for the position offered prior to engaging the candidate.
