TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
BANGKOK
UP TO 100K/MONTH
The Training and Development Manager will report to the expatriate Chief Executive Officer, and be tasked with designing and implementing training programs for a diverse range of levels which include the following main responsibilities:
- Design, develop, promote and implement training and development programs aligned to company’s goals and objectives.
- Work with line management to develop and implement retention strategies whilst promoting continued professional development.
- Continually analyze need assessments across company’s departments to recognize crucial training needs.
- Track and manage after course administration to ensure application of leanings in real work assignments.
- Determine core competencies and critical success factors required to executive business plans.
The Training and Development Manager will be qualified to degree level in a related subject and have at least 5+ years proven work experience and preferably a background in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods, or marketing service. The successful candidate will have good English communication skills, be an outstanding operational analyst and enjoy understanding and improving our client’s operational systems to ensure a continued making process. The successful candidate should be able to effectively work with people from all levels, and ensure trainings are implemented as solutions to improve performance linked to client’s specifications are maintained to or exceeded at all times. Additionally the Training and Development Manager must have experience in development and executive training programs such as “7 Habits,” and other internationally known effective courses for adaptation to the Thai market. As well the successful candidate will facilitate and/or outsource programs personally as required to ensure the best delivery to the best group is always ensured.
