Logistics Coordinator - Food Products - Smart Search Recruitment

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing end- to -end logistics operations for export and import activities. This role ensures efficient, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods across international markets while coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers. The position plays a critical role in maintaining supply chain reliability and supporting the company’s global trading operations. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end import and export logistics operations.
• Prepare and review international trade documents (contracts, invoices, packing lists).
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of shipping documents (B/L, CO, Health Certificate, etc.).
• Coordinate shipment planning and monitor delivery schedules to ensure on-time arrival.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to support business activities.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, documentation, and filing systems.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, import/export, or supply chain operations.
• Exposure to international trade or freight forwarding is an advantage.
• Degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field.
• Basic understanding of export/import procedures and shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and willingness to learn international trade regulations.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and good working level of English.
