Our client is a growing international food manufacturing company with a presence in Thailand. The business focuses on producing and distributing high-quality consumer food products to regional and global markets. With an expanding footprint in Asia and an executive leadership team based in Bangkok, the company is now looking to strengthen its internal operations by hiring a dedicated support professional.
They are currently seeking a Personal Assistant / Office Administrator to provide direct support to company leadership while also managing day-to-day administrative operations. The role will require a well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable handling executive-level scheduling, office coordination, document preparation, and cross-departmental communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal and administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Organize and maintain internal office documentation, correspondence, and confidential files
- Handle general office administration tasks including supplies, vendor coordination, and facility upkeep
- Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding coordination, attendance tracking, and document processing
- Draft business letters, meeting notes, and internal communications as required
- Liaise with external stakeholders and company partners as the executive point of contact when needed
- Help manage basic bookkeeping or expense tracking activities in coordination with the finance team
- Assist in organizing company meetings, team activities, or office-wide announcements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field
- 2 – 5 years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or administrative officer
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Fluent in Thai and good command of English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
