Our client’s branch in Thailand is now looking for an experienced Tech Program Manager to take on the following role: 

The Technology Program Manager will be responsible for leading large-scale, cross-functional technology programs from planning through execution and release. The role focuses on coordinating multiple technical teams, managing risks, and driving successful delivery of complex technology initiatives. The overall duties and responsibilities of this sought-after position are outlined as follows: 

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and workstreams. 
• Define and manage program execution strategies, delivery roadmaps, governance structures, and release planning activities.
• Monitor overall program health, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and critical-path issues.
• Facilitate decision-making by highlighting constraints, evaluating trade-offs, and removing obstacles that impact delivery timelines.
• Ensure disciplined execution throughout the software delivery lifecycle, including requirements management, solution design, testing, production readiness, and release deployment.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering Leaders to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable technology solutions.
• Drive alignment across technical and business stakeholders while ensuring delivery objectives are achieved.

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or relevant fields. 
• Proven experience in managing large-scale technical programs across complex enterprise environments. 
• Strong capability in coordinating multiple teams, workstreams, and stakeholder groups simultaneously. 
• Expert in program governance, delivery planning, dependency management, and release orchestration. 
• Strong understanding of architecture and software delivery practices including distributed systems, API architectures, CI/CD, DevOps methodologies, and platform and cloud architectures. 
• Ability to understand end-to-end technology ecosystems and manage interconnected systems across large organizations.
• Experience working in environments with varying delivery methodologies, timelines, and operational requirements.
• Exposure to AI-assisted software development practices.
• Knowledge of Generative AI governance, risk controls, and LLMOps concepts is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English (verbal and written).
